About WebP to JPG Converter
Downloaded a WebP image you can't open or upload? Convert it to JPG, the most widely supported image format.
JPG doesn't support transparency, so transparent areas are filled with a background colour you choose (white by default).
Your images are converted on your device and never uploaded, and you can convert many WebP files at once.
Convert images between JPG, PNG, WebP and AVIF in a few clicks. Everything happens in your browser using fast WebAssembly encoders, so your images are never uploaded to a server.
Convert a single photo or a whole batch at once, choose the quality, and download the results one by one or together as a ZIP file.

Frequently asked questions
Are my images uploaded anywhere?
No. Conversion runs entirely in your browser, so your images never leave your device.
Which formats can I convert?
You can convert from JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, HEIC (iPhone photos), GIF (first frame) and BMP into JPG, PNG, WebP or AVIF.
What happens to transparent areas when I convert to JPG?
JPG doesn't support transparency, so transparent pixels are filled with the background colour you pick. White is the default.
Is photo metadata kept?
No. Converted files don't include EXIF data such as camera details or GPS location. The photo's orientation is applied to the pixels, so it still displays the right way up.
Is there a limit on how many images I can convert?
You can convert up to 50 images at a time, up to 50 MB each. Very large images may take longer on older phones.
