Runs in your browser. Nothing you enter is uploaded
About Wi-Fi QR Code Generator
Guests scan the code with their phone camera and join your network, with no spelling out long passwords. Print it for your home, office, café or rental.
Enter the network name and password exactly as they appear on your router, including capital letters. Your details stay on your device: the code is made in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere.
Turn a link, a message, your Wi-Fi details, an email address or a phone number into a QR code that any phone camera can scan.
Pick your colours, then download a sharp PNG, or an SVG that stays crisp at any size for print. The codes never expire: your link or text is stored in the code itself, with no tracking redirect in between.
How to use Wi-Fi QR Code Generator
- 1Choose what the code is for and fill in the details.
- 2Adjust the colours, size and error correction if you like.
- 3Download the code as a PNG or an SVG.
Frequently asked questions
Do these QR codes expire?
No. The code contains your link or text directly, not a redirect through our servers, so it keeps working for as long as the link itself does.
Is what I type uploaded?
No. The code is made in your browser, so your links, Wi-Fi passwords and messages never leave your device.
Should I download a PNG or an SVG?
PNG works everywhere: documents, slides and social media. SVG is a vector file that stays sharp at any size, which is best for print and design apps.
What does error correction do?
It lets a code scan even when part of it is dirty, damaged or covered by a logo. Higher levels are more robust but make the code denser. Medium suits most uses.
Can I change the colours?
Yes. Keep the code darker than its background, with strong contrast. Light codes on dark backgrounds don't scan with every app, so the tool warns you about risky colours.
